Program Overview:

The Caring Leadership Training Program utilizes the caring-healing practice of Reiki to ground caring and energetic concepts into daily practice. We focus on the care and mastery of your personal energy fields which are interdependently connected to others and the environment. Each level of care and mastery enhances your abilities and awareness, ultimately leading to certification as a Master Teacher with a focus on creating or manifesting your true soul desires towards living in a consciously caring world.

Program Levels:

1. Novice (Self-Care)

• Intention: Introducing hands-on practice for personal development.

• Focus: Self-care, comfort, and healing of oneself.

• Outcome: Self-Care Reiki Certification upon completion.

2. Advanced Beginner/Proficient (Care of Self and Each Other)

• Intention: Building personal and relationship development skills.

• Focus: Expanding body awareness and empathy.

• Outcome: Multidimensional Reiki Level 1 & 2 Certifications upon completion.

3. Master Practitioner (Care of All of Us)

• Intention: Developing caring -leadership abilities and energy proficiency

• Focus: Holding group energies and practices, expanded spiritual awareness, personal, ancestral, and collective healing techniques and group dynamics.

• Outcome: Reiki Level 3 Master Practitioner Certification upon completion.

4. Master Teacher (Care of All of Us)

• Intention: Fostering leadership as a master teacher, mentor, and coach.through a year long apprenticeship program in which a soul care plan is developed and implemented.

• Focus: Accessing advanced realms of caring-healing practices, dedication to self-care, and contributing to a consciously caring world.

• Outcome: Reiki Level 4 Master Teacher Certification upon completion.
