Burning old patterns to hide emotional imbalances no longer serves yourself or others. Join Jean as she guides you through ceremony and ritual to burn, shed, discard the old contracts and conditioning that are the obstacles to your health and well being. As we acknowledge what needs to be let go, you can blow that intention into a stick match, incense, or the smoke of sage or palo santo. You can also write down your limiting beliefs onto a special piece of paper roll it up, tie it and throw it away. The process of ritual to rid yourself of patterns that hide self doubt, apathy, boredom, shame, guilt is to play an active part of the PROCESS towards health and healing! Once we release, we will fill with celebration of the Full Moon and all of its energies! Fill with gratitude, joy, and the wonderment of self love! Set your sacred space with the tools and the intentions and we can move ourselves towards the path of healing ourselves together. It is so exciting to become our True Authentic Self!

The Full Moon of August has been called the Sturgeon Moon. The sturgeon represents depth and strength. We will call in the qualities of the sturgeon to fill us with determination, perseverance, depth, knowledge, generosity, strength, and sexuality. Here we celebrate a powerful awakening to anger and the need for change. Allow yourself to be open and find healing through ceremony. During this Full Moon consider what you are giving to the world. Now think of the qualities you give to others? Are you sharing positive energy, or are you more about complaining and transmitting negativity? Do you give a value in what you do on a daily basis? Consciously giving of ourselves is giving to ourselves. Giving, not investing. Just as the Earth is giving us her generous gifts in abundance now, what are you giving to yourself to fill yourself with unconditional love and generosity.
