This new lineage of Reiki is being offered virtually over 10 weeks to allow you time to practice and integrate your new skills. Reiki is a hands on or off method of gentle healing that relaxes your nervous system. The focus for level 1 is using Reiki for your self care.

Level 2 will teach you how to use your skills to offer relaxation and comfort to others. We will be reading the Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield throughout the course and there will be a weekly homework practice assignments.
